Shipping
All UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail orders ship out within 1-3 business days from the date the order was placed. Average delivery time is approximately 8-11 days for UPS or 4-6 days for U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, depending on your location.If you choose UPS Next Day or Second Day service, or U.S.P.S. Express Mail service, your order may ship out the day AFTER your order is placed, so please add one day to the shipping time. If you need it to ship the same day, please call us at (866) 747-8744, and we will be happy to expedite your order to ship out the same day, if at all possible.
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation with tracking information from Quantum View (the UPS notification service) or the U.S. Postal Service when the package is shipped.
Sales Tax
Florida residents must pay sales tax based on the rate of the county to which the order will be shipped. Please choose the correct county from the pull down list under "Ship To" during checkout.All other orders will not be charged sales tax.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may do so by e-mail or by calling us at (866) 747-8744.For orders cancelled before they ship out, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued. For orders cancelled after they have been shipped, you may return unopened items in the original shipping box (well packed, so items will not be damaged during return shipping), and it will be treated as a return (see below).
Returns
Unopened packages may be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost once we have shipped your order. All returns must be well-packed to prevent damage during return shipment, and must include a copy of your receipt.Opened packages may be returned within 14 days of receipt, however they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
